Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, US; relocation provided

Salary: $150,000–$260,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Build integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and solve technical problems.
• Partner with sales on demos, prototypes, and technical discussions.
• Turn customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong technical background.
• One or more software engineering, technical, or similar internships.
• Ability to code in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Interest in AI and building real-world AI systems.
• Ability to work directly with customers, explain technical concepts, and operate independently in an ambiguous environment.
