What you will do

• Configure, turn up, and test managed services equipment for new customer installations.
• Configure, turn up, and test replacement and support equipment for existing customers.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, circuits, and vendor-supplied customer-premises equipment with off-net providers.
• Use software systems to identify connectivity, configuration, and equipment-related issues.
• Provide technical support and a positive experience to internal and external customers.
• Train and mentor supported teams while collaborating with customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• CCENT or another entry-level industry certification.
• Ability to follow technical requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Availability for nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
