Lead Client Servicing Associate

Location: Office-based in Bengaluru, India; shifts may include APAC and EMEA coverage.

What you will do

• Perform trade affirmations and confirmations across middle- and back-office operations.
• Complete daily trade, position, P&L, and cash reconciliations, including equity swaps and ISDA positions.
• Book corporate actions, option exercises and assignments, non-trading accruals, expenses, stock borrow, and swap financing P&L.
• Support shadow fund accounting by reconciling monthly trial balances and NAVs with fund administrators.
• Resolve reconciliation breaks proactively through communication with third parties, clients, fund administrators, and trading counterparties.

Requirements

• 3+ years of directly applicable experience in reconciliation, accounting, or finance.
• Experience in a middle- or back-office support role at a hedge fund, fund administrator, or prime broker.
• Fund accounting experience and knowledge of financial products such as structured products, MBS, CDS, IRS, TRS, bank loans, and CFDs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Willingness to work APAC and EMEA shifts from the Bengaluru office.
