Associate, Treasury Risk

What you will do

• Support analysis, presentation development, reporting, and materials for senior management.
• Analyze hedging strategies and PnL across foreign exchange and interest rate risk.
• Monitor, develop, and maintain treasury risk reporting and key trading activity metrics.
• Work with investment, trade operations, IT, finance, accounting, compliance, and other stakeholders to resolve trade discrepancies and enhance reporting.
• Assist with new fund and user onboarding, including coordination of fund onboarding and ISDA processes.
• Help develop and test enhancements to the in-house FX application and manage additional projects.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in capital markets, treasury, foreign exchange, interest rates, or asset management.
• General knowledge of FX and interest rate markets, sponsor hedging strategies, forwards, options, structured products, and operational processes.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience working with large or complex data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in finance and accounting.
• Initiative, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Python or VBA programming experience.
• Power BI, Visio, or Bloomberg Terminal experience.
• Experience using AI prompts to streamline work processes.
