Analyst - Investment Performance & Risk (Real Estate)

Location: Hyderabad, India; work shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

What you will do

• Collect, validate, cleanse, and maintain financial and operational data in reporting and analytics platforms.
• Reconcile accounting, fund administration, and reporting records and investigate discrepancies in assets, valuations, and performance metrics.
• Maintain investor and consultant databases and support investor reporting, due diligence, RFP, and RFI requests.
• Assist with performance, risk, attribution, and asset reporting across open-end and closed-end funds.
• Support data migration and integration initiatives while improving reporting workflows and internal controls.
• Collaborate with accounting, technology, investment teams, external providers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in fund administration, accounting, reporting, or data operations.
• Experience with financial data validation and reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organization, prioritization, and deadline management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment performance metrics, including AUM, NAV, IRR, TVPI, leverage ratios, and time-weighted returns.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or SQL.
