Analyst, Deal & Cash Ops

What you will do

• Stage FX spot, forward, and options orders to raise cash and hedge currency risk.
• Monitor open FX positions, mark-to-market valuations, P&L impact, and hedge coverage across multiple currencies.
• Forecast cash balances and ensure funding for purchases, redemptions, private deals, and other transactions.
• Prevent overdrafts and manage cash movements through complex legal entity structures.
• Prepare recurring FX exposure, hedge, cash, and operational reports.
• Resolve daily operational issues, maintain procedures, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant operations experience at an asset management firm, investment bank, or financial services company.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, cash projection, multi-currency cash positioning, and FX hedging strategies.
• Expertise in Excel formulas and logic.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage competing tasks, and improve operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex fund and deal structures or custodian banks.
• Knowledge of SQL, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Experience with Advent Geneva and Everest.
