Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (On-site)

Compensation: CA$100,000 – CA$150,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Solve complex operational challenges across GTM, partnerships, and internal operations.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance product quality and business outcomes.
• Work directly with founders to define and track key operational KPIs.
• Build and optimize scalable processes to support the company's hyper-growth.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights to product and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills and a hyper-logical approach to problem-solving.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects from 0 to 1.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for process improvement and data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

• Previous experience in a fintech environment.
• Experience working in an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge.
