Supervisor — Maintenance (Shutdown)

Location: Didipio (PH-Didipio), Philippines; onsite at the mine

What you will do

• Lead Maintenance Planners, Shutdown Specialists, and Mechanical Engineers while promoting collaboration, learning, safety, and performance.
• Develop and implement shutdown maintenance strategies for processing plant equipment.
• Create and oversee maintenance shutdown and project schedules, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Manage the establishment, planning, preparation, execution, completion, and improvement phases of planned shutdowns.
• Track contractor engagement and manage shutdown service contracts for the processing plant.
• Coordinate spare parts, materials, and logistics before, during, and after shutdown execution.

Requirements

• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree or a related qualification.
• Licensed mechanical or electrical engineer, or equivalent relevant license.
• At least 7 years of supervisory experience in the metals and mining industry, including successful planning-team leadership.
• Leadership behavior aligned with hirify.global’s values and operating standards.
• Valid working rights in the Philippines are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
