What you will do

  • Execute product receipt, tank gauging, truck, barge and tank rail loading and unloading, product transfers, sampling, quality control checks, and fleet operations.
  • Follow operational excellence and health, environment and safety policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including fire extinguisher inspections, valve maintenance, and checks of terminal equipment.
  • Assist internal and external customers and provide quality service.
  • Coach and lead operational personnel on shift while liaising with terminal leadership.
  • Participate in safety meetings, loss prevention activities, scheduled training, and related reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in terminal and transportation operations, ideally in the petrochemical industry.
  • Preferably a licensed engineer.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships within the team.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
