Facilities Associate — Laoag | Newly Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

Location: Laoag City, Philippines; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Oversee operational facilities activities, inventory, corporate assets, cleanliness, maintenance, and workplace support services.
• Coordinate inspections and maintenance for fire systems, emergency power infrastructure, access control, UPS units, generator sets, air-conditioning, elevators, water, and other critical equipment.
• Work with vendors, building administration, General Services, Technical, Finance, and Property Management teams.
• Manage helpdesk tickets, supporting documentation, facility trackers, invoices, and utility consumption records.
• Support renovations, leasehold improvements, relocations, seat assignments, office equipment installations, and other facilities projects.
• Assist with CAPEX and operating expense preparation, budget monitoring, policy compliance, and cost-efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer; suitable for a newly licensed engineer.
• Knowledge of civil and structural building construction, interior and exterior works, and electrical and mechanical plan design and computation.
• Knowledge of generator set and UPS operation and maintenance, vendor preventive maintenance evaluation, and action planning.
• Basic project management, analytical, communication, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work extended or flexible hours and respond to facility emergencies when required.
