Cyber Transformation (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with attendance in the office or on a client site at least 2 days per week, and up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on the assignment.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to shape cybersecurity and digital trust strategies.
• Deliver technical programs and cybersecurity initiatives from initial scope through execution.
• Guide transitions to new business models and contribute to resolving cybersecurity issues.
• Manage projects, teams, stakeholders, and outcomes across consumer, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Develop proposals and business development materials while cultivating client opportunities.
• Work according to agile practices with product, design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Digital Trust and Cyber Security consulting.
• Significant experience delivering IT or technical programs in consumer, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity across people, processes, and technology, including its connection to business goals and organisational culture.
• Proven project and team management skills, with experience delivering outcomes across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, proposal-writing, and business development capabilities.
• Cybersecurity accreditations or qualifications and up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and challenges.

Hiring process

• Initial call with a technology recruiter.
• Two 60-minute competency or technical interviews, covering both formats across the two rounds.
• Final 60-minute meeting with a PA leader, including a mini case study and discussion of client-centricity.
