Associate, Digital Audit & Inspection (Cybersecurity)

Location: Collegeville, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work location. Approximately 10% travel may be required. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Annual base salary: $68,600–$114,300, plus eligibility for a 7.5% performance bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver risk management and compliance services to assigned Digital lines.
• Report on compliance status and review or approve SDLC and change management deliverables.
• Support the completion and approval of Solution Profiles as a GRC representative.
• Prepare Digital teams for audits and inspections and support activities before, during, and after inspections.
• Track audit and inspection remediation commitments and monitor remediation status.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, strategic compliance projects, records management, and activity tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree with 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working through a highly matrixed organization to support and drive key initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to define compliance gaps and present response options.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
