Registered Nurse (Ambulatory) - Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery - Full Time (32-40 hours per week)

Compensation: $10,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time position

What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to ambulatory patients and families with basic to complex needs.
• Create a therapeutic, caring environment and involve patients and families in care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and settings.
• Recognize and manage rapidly changing clinical situations using critical thinking and clinical decision-making.
• Apply current evidence and national or specialty standards to guide practice and identify improvements.
• Cover absences through rotating extra shifts and support assignments in other areas when patient needs require.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Work must be performed on-site.
• Obtain and maintain BLS qualification; ACLS is preferred.
• Pursue professional certification when eligible or within three years of entering the specialty practice.
