Director, Compensation & Benefits

Location: Hybrid role based preferably in Frisco, Texas; candidates elsewhere in the United States may be considered and must travel to the Frisco or San Jose offices as needed. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: USD $141,680–$232,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead the design, administration, and evolution of global compensation programs, including base pay, salary structures, incentives, merit, bonus, promotion, and equity planning.
• Own equity program strategy, governance, modeling, valuation, dilution considerations, administration, and communications across private and public company structures.
• Advance global job architecture, job families, leveling methodologies, career frameworks, and alignment with salary structures.
• Lead market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analytics across functions, levels, and geographies.
• Oversee global benefits programs covering health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and other employee offerings.
• Lead and develop compensation and benefits teams while advising HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits management, including at least 5 years in a senior or director-level role.
• Extensive experience with performance-driven compensation structures, global benefits, executive compensation, and equity programs.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Expertise with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar, including compensation and benefits data management and reporting.
• Must be located in the United States for this hybrid role and able to travel to hirify.global offices as required.
