Installation Manager

Location: Washington, DC; Landover, MD / DMV Area

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of installation professionals.
• Oversee daily installation schedules, staffing, job assignments, and operational execution.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Monitor quality, productivity, completion rates, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated installation and customer issues while partnering with Customer Service and Operations.
• Conduct ride-alongs and quality audits, manage installer payroll and bonuses, oversee fleet maintenance, and identify training needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in home improvement, installation, construction, closets, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to hold teams accountable and develop people.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
