Location: Cheektowaga, United States; travel within the US 50–75% of the workweek.

Base pay: $73,000–$111,000 per year.

What you will do

• Monitor service performance against KPIs and collaborate with Operations leaders, National Accounts, and Sales to resolve performance issues.
• Conduct quality, structural, and sanitation site assessments to identify pest infestation root causes and develop corrective action plans.
• Work with Technical Account Managers, National Account Managers, branch leaders, and customers to resolve service recommendations and quality issues.
• Coach branch leaders and support the development of pest management knowledge among technicians and sales colleagues.
• Improve technical protocols, service delivery processes, operational efficiency, customer retention, and colleague retention.
• Identify and support improvement and innovation projects involving people, processes, and technology, as well as sales presentations and industry initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related structural pest management experience, including 2 years or more of field experience.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) qualification.
• Strong project management, change management, communication, presentation, and quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, climbing ladders, standing, walking, crouching, crawling, and accessing difficult areas.

Nice to have

• Four-year college degree in entomology, biological science, or a related science.
