Senior QA Engineer

What you will do

• Define and execute quality strategies, test approaches, and quality standards across products and teams.
• Perform end-to-end validation of software and hardware-integrated solutions in laboratory and production-like environments.
• Combine manual, exploratory, automated, and hands-on device testing to identify risks and ensure operational readiness.
• Provide technical leadership in quality engineering, test automation frameworks, and testing methodologies while mentoring engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Architecture, Operations, and Support on quality risks, design decisions, and release gates.
• Own quality metrics, release readiness assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Ideally 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software quality engineering practices and experience with manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of API and integration testing.
• Experience validating solutions that combine software and physical devices in laboratory environments.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Python, C#, Jenkins, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and BPMN.
