What you will do

• Fully own planning, coordinating, and executing test and quality activities within a cross-functional team.
• Lead and contribute to test engineering initiatives impacting multiple engineering teams.
• Select and apply appropriate testing techniques based on technical and customer understanding of the product.
• Design and develop automated test frameworks and test suites using open-source tools and custom code.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to clarify acceptance criteria and prioritize quality improvements.
• Combine automation with exploratory testing for acceptance testing and help evolve delivery pipelines and feedback processes (e.g., release acceptance).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong test design and automation experience covering web, backend, and mobile.
• Strong knowledge of test practices, techniques, and quality engineering processes.
• Strong coding skills in multiple languages (e.g., JS/TS, Java, Ruby, Python).
• Experience with test tools/frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, REST Assured).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern infrastructure (e.g., GitLab/GitHub Actions/Jenkins; Docker; AWS/Azure).
