Senior Software Test Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the planning, coordination, and execution of testing and quality activities within a cross-functional Identity Verification product team.
• Lead test engineering initiatives that improve tooling, automation, and quality practices across engineering teams.
• Select testing techniques based on technical and customer understanding of the product.
• Build maintainable test frameworks and automated test suites for web, mobile, backend, and machine-learning-powered products.
• Clarify acceptance criteria, prioritize quality improvements, and support acceptance and exploratory testing.
• Mentor colleagues and improve delivery pipelines, release processes, feedback loops, and testing culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong test design, automation, quality engineering, and coding experience in multiple languages such as TypeScript, Java, Ruby, or Python.
• Experience with test tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or REST Assured.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with performance testing, containerization, and cloud environments.
• Experience using or building AI-assisted development or testing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Ruby, Python, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Experience with RSpec, Pytest, XCUITest, Espresso, k6, GitLab, Bitrise, Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.
