Sales Deputy Manager (Semiconductors)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; responsibilities cover accounts in Taichung, Tainan, and Hsinchu.

What you will do

• Manage mass-market accounts in central and southern Taiwan.
• Lead distributor activities to drive mass-market revenue and expand business.
• Engage R&D teams in Tainan and Taichung to develop new opportunities.
• Develop test-equipment customer penetration and sell VR controllers and power stages.
• Manage panel accounts and reference-design customers in Hsinchu.
• Coordinate with the US team on reference designs and automotive applications.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in top-tier semiconductor and power companies.
• Strong application knowledge and the ability to connect technical teams with customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with R&D teams.
• Results-driven approach, growth mindset, and ambitious outlook.
