Head of Marketing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and evolve hirify.global’s brand identity, voice, and positioning across customer-facing touchpoints.
• Own product marketing, including messaging, launches, website copy, and sales enablement.
• Develop repeatable narratives and content that build customer trust and drive action.
• Translate complex financial products into clear stories for founders, operators, and partners.
• Lead events and field marketing to strengthen relationships in Canadian fintech.
• Partner with Growth, Sales, Product, and Design while building the marketing function and team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years managing a team in high-growth B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments.
• Proven experience positioning and launching complex B2B products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent editorial judgment.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Sales.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Experience building marketing foundations or teams from the ground up.
