Associate, HR Operations

Location: Onsite in New York, New York, United States; remote and hybrid options are not offered.

What you will do

• Manage and resolve tier-1 HR inquiries through ServiceNow, covering onboarding, benefits, compensation, learning, performance, and offboarding.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, rehires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, and personal data changes.
• Support talent acquisition by posting requisitions, managing the candidate experience, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Maintain employee data in Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow, and UKG.
• Identify opportunities to streamline or automate recurring HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or HR support.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and UKG is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and clear communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Must work onsite at an hirify.global office or stadium location in New York; no remote or hybrid work is available.
