Customer Insights & Analytics Automation Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Execute customer case operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Act as the subject-matter expert for the Customer Insights & Analytics tool across departments.
• Train internal stakeholders through workshops and enablement sessions.
• Partner with data analysts to identify efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Create user manuals, training materials, case studies, and other documentation.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and data analytics best practices relevant to MedTech.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process analysis or improvement.
• Experience defining, monitoring, and improving data quality metrics.
• Experience creating and maintaining data catalogs, with an understanding of metadata and data discoverability.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with multifunctional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with process mapping tools.
• Experience with business intelligence, data governance, data modeling, statistical analysis, SAS programming, or technical writing.
