Customer Success Analyst

What you will do

• Compile, summarize, analyze, and interpret sales and consumer data using tables, charts, and graphs.
• Prepare final client reports and presentations, including category overviews and issue-based analyses.
• Build data-driven stories and recommendations tailored to client questions and business needs.
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies and use internal tools and data sources.
• Discuss analysis design and calculate quantified business opportunities with client business partners and clients.
• Manage project efficiency, client expectations, and routine client interactions while following Center of Excellence processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, business analysis, or market analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, business and financial acumen, and an understanding of growth and brand strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain data through storytelling.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
