Data Modeling Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets and design, validate, and deliver data solutions for critical KYC applications.
• Develop and maintain data models, source-to-target mapphirify.globals, data flows, and integration solutions.
• Analyze metadata and support data quality and governance standards.
• Bridge business and technology needs while managhirify.global stakeholder expectations.
• Support incident management and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with international teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts on financial crime prevention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineerhirify.global, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data solution delivery and data modelhirify.global.
• Strong SQL queryhirify.global and large-scale data analysis experience.
• Experience with data flows, integration, metadata analysis, data quality, governance, source-to-target mapphirify.globals, and low-level data architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changhirify.global Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in AML, compliance, financial economic crime, or regulatory change initiatives.
