Laboratory Data Analyst (Python)

What you will do

• Manage laboratory data management tasks for clinical studies and support external client reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain data management documents, specifications, design documentation, and transmission records.
• Perform Python programming for study requirements and departmental projects.
• Support electronic data transfer processes, business rules, and master data configuration in study and laboratory information systems.
• Perform quality checks and peer reviews on data files before transmission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate timelines and responsibilities with internal and external stakeholders, address queries, and support other data team leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Computer Science.
• Preferred 2–3 years of experience in data management and Python programming, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming and data management procedures.
• Understanding of medical, clinical research, and laboratory data management processes and terminology.
• Working knowledge of FDA, ICH, ISO HL7, and GLP regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, customer management, and task management skills.
