What you will do
- Maintain and refresh recurring marketing dashboards in GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Workfront.
- Pull and validate campaign performance data for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Perform quality assurance on data feeds and flag discrepancies before reports reach senior analysts or stakeholders.
- Support ad hoc data requests from the marketing team.
- Document data definitions, report logic, and known issues for team continuity.
- Proactively escalate anomalies and blockers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Exposure to at least one marketing platform: GA4, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, or a comparable platform.
- Strong written and spoken English required for daily communication with US stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, precision-dependent work.
Nice to have
- SQL fundamentals.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar work-management tools.
