Manufacturing Process Leader

Location: Manchester Plant, Trafford Park, United Kingdom. The role starts on day support and later moves to a 12.5-hour shift pattern covering days and nights.

Salary: £40,113.84 per year at Level 3.1, increasing to £43,366.44 per year at Level 3.2 after qualification. Shift pay may add £9,048 for 7-day shift working or £5,356 for 5-day shift working.

What you will do

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex mechanical and process issues on Pampers production lines.
• Execute maintenance, breakdown repairs, and maintenance planning activities.
• Support manufacturing systems execution using the “run to target” approach.
• Collaborate with support departments to improve line efficiency and production performance.
• Coach and develop colleagues while supporting safe, high-quality production.
• Progress from day support into a senior operating-team role on shift after successful completion of the first assignment.

Requirements

• Technical mastery in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills required.
• Continuous right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment, without sponsorship, is required.
