What you will do
- Provide field service and customer support during customer visits.
- Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Repair showers, tubs, plumbing leaks, windows, interior trim, drywall, siding, and shingles.
- Install shower doors and complete painting, staining, caulking, and cleaning work.
- Collect outstanding balances and follow company procedures and safety protocols.
- Prepare timely and detailed service reports.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in the remodeling industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
- Ability to grasp complex concepts and maintain high quality standards.
- Strong planning, negotiating, and organizational skills.
