Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Create exceptional products and user experiences by combining business insight, product thinking, and technical understanding.
• Shape the product roadmap, vision, and strategy while guiding product and design decisions.
• Expand core product capabilities to help businesses manage their finances.
• Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to improve the product.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Develop scalable product management processes as the company grows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience taking technical products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Ability to navigate complex trade-offs and prioritize in fast-moving environments.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and large cross-functional teams.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.

• Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
