Agile Product Owner (Personal Insurance)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $99,100–$163,400 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Lead a smaller-scale agile product team delivering direct-to-consumer personal insurance capabilities and digital experiences.
• Define, prioritize, refine, and maintain the product backlog; accept final product outputs and make trade-off decisions.
• Manage experimentation and test-and-learn initiatives, measuring performance and adjusting the delivery roadmap.
• Partner with UX, legal and compliance, engineering, marketing, Circle Leads, and peers to define clear, compliant requirements.
• Represent end-user needs, establish acceptance criteria, set objectives and KPIs, and support business readiness and adoption.
• Improve team processes, remove impediments, share best practices, and champion AI adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience in an Agile product management or related field.
• Experience with Agile principles, product value propositions, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products and measurable acquisition, conversion, or engagement outcomes.
• Strong communication, influence, servant leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
