Product Owner - Enterprise Data

Salary: $114,731–$155,224 per year

What you will do

• Own the direction, discovery, prioritization, and continuous evolution of enterprise data products.
• Maintain the product roadmap and backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business value.
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, analysts, and governance teams.
• Engage customers and users to identify needs and translate business problems into product priorities.
• Define and track value drivers covering adoption, usage, quality, efficiency, customer impact, and product performance.
• Coordinate with other product teams in an agile environment to deliver trusted, scalable data products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant business experience.
• Experience with enterprise data products, analytics, reporting, governance, or data platform initiatives in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, data engineers, architects, analysts, and technical delivery teams.
• Understanding of iterative development, software development processes, Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, and user research.
• Strong prioritization, communication, organization, trade-off management, and influence-without-authority skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Product Owner or similar certification.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar modern data platforms.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, data quality, data lineage, or master data management.
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, product execution strategies, and high-quality Agile requirements.
• Experience coordinating large, complex organizational initiatives.
