IM/Pediatrics Physician (Internal Medicine/Pediatrics): Providing combined internal medicine and pediatric care within a large, integrated physician group with an accent on continuity of care, collegial collaboration, and access to adult and pediatric coverage. Focus on delivering outpatient care through the Epic EMR, participating in a reasonable combined call schedule, and optionally supporting adult and pediatric hospitalist programs.

What you will do

Provide combined internal medicine and pediatric care in an outpatient practice.
Participate in a reasonable combined call schedule.
Provide continuity of care through the integrated Epic EMR across Elliot Health System locations.
Collaborate with internal medicine, pediatric, primary care, and specialist providers.
Optionally moonlight with adult or pediatric hospitalist programs.

Requirements

Medical qualification in Med-Peds or Family Medicine.
Availability for 32 clinical hours per week.
Ability to work the 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. shift.
Ability to work onsite in Raymond, New Hampshire.
