Location: Tufts Medical Center - Framingham, 959 Concord Street, Suite 200, Framingham, MA 01701, United States

Salary: $260,000–$300,000 annually, plus performance incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Build meaningful relationships with primary care patients.
• Provide same-day and routinely scheduled care through in-office and telehealth appointments.
• Use preventive medicine, proactive care management, and integrated population health approaches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with physicians and other members of the medical community.
• Support active engagement with local communities by connecting academic and community care.

Requirements

• Internal Medicine or Adult Family Practice physician qualification.
• Passion for primary care.
• Ability to work cooperatively with multiple medical disciplines.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care and strong patient satisfaction.
