Internal Medicine Physician (Primary Care)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States; outpatient practice at 20 Research Place, Suite 220

Salary: $260,000–$290,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide outpatient primary care for adult medicine patients in a diverse community setting.
• Build meaningful relationships with an established patient base.
• Address primary care needs through same-day, routinely scheduled in-office, and telehealth appointments.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and other medical disciplines.
• Participate in a shared 1:5 call schedule.
• Support a patient-centered culture focused on quality, satisfaction, inclusivity, and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Current medical license or ability to obtain a license in Massachusetts required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care.
• Ability to work cooperatively with clinical stakeholders and disciplines.
