Product Strategy Senior Advisor – Identity Strategy & Innovation (Identity)

Salary: USD 113,200–188,600 annually, depending on experience and geographic location; annual bonus plan eligibility is anticipated.

What you will do

• Advise senior leadership on enterprise identity platform strategy, modernization priorities, investment proposals, and capability roadmaps.
• Shape trusted access capabilities including passkeys, adaptive and alternate MFA, account recovery, identity proofing, fraud prevention, federation, SSO, and access governance.
• Partner with Personalization, Customer 360, analytics, architecture, engineering, security, and digital product teams to develop scalable reusable identity services.
• Define strategies for AI-agent access, agent identity, human-to-agent delegation, credentialing, approvals, consent, governance, and policy workflows.
• Develop reusable digital delegation services for proxy, caregiver, authorized representative, minor age-out, and family access use cases.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, pilots, value propositions, and success measurement while translating complex needs into executive narratives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product strategy or management, identity and access management, digital platforms, security technology, or a related field.
• Experience developing enterprise product strategies, roadmaps, investment narratives, and executive recommendations.
• Hands-on familiarity with registration, login, MFA, passkeys, account recovery, identity proofing, fraud controls, federation, SSO, and delegated access.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to translate business, security, and technical requirements into measurable outcomes.
• For home-based work, a cable broadband or fiber connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, benefits, or regulated ecosystems.
• Knowledge of OAuth/OIDC, SAML, token security, identity orchestration, adaptive authentication, or passwordless authentication.
• Exposure to AI-agent governance, delegated authority, lifecycle traceability, and caregiver or authorized-representative access models.
• Experience with personalization, customer-data, or content platforms and reusable shared services.
