Sr. Product Manager - Falcon Privileged Access (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in the office in Sunnyvale, California, New York City, Boston, Arlington, or Toronto, Canada

Base salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year for U.S. candidates; $150,000–$200,000 CAD per year for Canada-based employment, plus applicable variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy for modern privileged access management and zero standing privileges across endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Define and deliver just-in-time access, secure secrets, isolated administrative sessions, and contextual authorization capabilities.
• Partner with product design and engineering teams to create simple, transparent privilege-elevation experiences for administrators and end users.
• Integrate privileged access decisions with Falcon security data, threat analysis, security controls, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Represent Falcon Privileged Access with internal teams, prospects, and customers through product messaging, demos, enablement materials, FAQs, and roadmap discussions.
• Use AI agents for research, analysis, specification iteration, customer synthesis, stakeholder preparation, and rapid product prototyping.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with privileged access management, secrets management, identity governance, or a closely related technical domain.
• Understanding of privilege elevation across endpoints, applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments, including non-human identities, service accounts, workload identities, machine credentials, AI agents, and secrets rotation.
• Experience delivering just-in-time access through policy-driven provisioning, direct connectors, claim-based authorization, and third-party integrations.
• Fluency with SSH, RDP, Kerberos, LAPS, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, authentication, MFA, and claims-based authorization.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including bringing products from 0 to 1 and scaling shipped products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, simplification skills, AI technology experience, and the ability to rapidly create working prototypes with tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, or Replit.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSO, MFA, IGA, ITDR, ISPM, or related identity management areas.
• Experience migrating customers from legacy PAM solutions or working at a security vendor, partner, or enterprise security team.
• Experience incorporating SOC2 or PCI-DSS privileged access controls into product design.
• Background in adversarial thinking, red-teaming, or threat modeling.
