Property Maintenance Technician

Location: Busch Gardens Williamsburg, United States; onsite property maintenance work

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain the upkeep, safety, and general condition of the Ambassador Housing Village property.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, preparation, and equipment servicing.
• Handle repair requests involving plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and carpentry.
• Repair or replace equipment and structures during renovation projects.
• Maintain an organized work environment, conduct inventory, and coordinate with contractors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and carpentry.
• At least five years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds and perform extensive walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, squatting, bending, and tool-handling activities.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, and to work opening, mid-, closing, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Hotel Engineer or Chief Engineer.
