Part-Time Maintenance Technician (Property Maintenance)

Location: Templeton, California, USA; on-site at Serenity Hills. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. On-call availability required.

Compensation: $20–$23 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and prepare apartments for turnover within five days of move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to maintain health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locks, doors, windows, and other building components.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarms, and other building systems.
• Document completed work and material procurement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous Maintenance Technician experience.
• High school diploma required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and building devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and good physical condition.

• Relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.
