Apartment Maintenance Technician - Oceanside Lantana

Location: Onsite in Lantana, Florida, USA

Salary: $21.00 per hour, with customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250 per month.

What you will do

• Provide maintenance service to residents and support other maintenance team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in or move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks when needed, and on-call shifts of at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
