Production Scheduler (Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing)

hirify.global is developing a new greenfield manufacturing site in Singapore under its Modulus program, focused on vaccines and Specialty Care Biologics products.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on supply plans, qualification activities, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate planning with production, supply chain, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays and changing priorities.
• Perform scenario planning and capacity modeling to optimize plant capacity.
• Coordinate material availability and finished-product delivery with supply chain teams.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, implement efficiency improvements, and maintain schedule documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role.
• Experience in a cGMP biopharmaceutical facility is advantageous.
• Proficiency with production scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
