What you will do
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure orders are accurate and processed on time.
- Work with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
- Prepare complete shipping documents for international shipments and domestic deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics requirements and support ad hoc warehouse and logistics requests.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Experience with order processing, international air shipments, domestic deliveries, and shipping documentation.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teammates and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to comply with company policies, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements; fresh graduates are welcome.
