Head of Solutions - APAC

What you will do

• Define APAC product strategy and roadmap priorities in alignment with global product direction.
• Manage, coach, and develop regional product managers and product owners.
• Own roadmap prioritisation, business cases, resourcing trade-offs, and development planning.
• Act as the APAC product subject matter expert and escalation point for complex requirements.
• Engage customers across accounting, audit, corporate, and government segments to identify market problems and shape user stories.
• Build relationships with regional standard setters, professional institutes, solution leads, product teams, and distributors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solutions roles, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience working in or with the audit and accounting profession.
• At least 3 years of experience working across APAC markets, with knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, and Asian regulatory environments.
• At least 3 years of direct people-management experience developing product managers or product owners.
• Experience with business cases, commercial prioritisation, stakeholder influence, customer interviews, user stories, backlog grooming, and agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of audit and accounting practices, local compliance standards, and industry developments.
