AI Product Owner/Head of Product

Location: Remote from the Philippines; working hours and holidays follow New Zealand schedules.

Salary: PHP 200,000–350,000 per month

What you will do

• Support product planning, weekly sprint preparation, and roadmap discipline.
• Translate product ideas into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready work packages.
• Coordinate sprint goals, release scope, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Collaborate with leadership, developers, QA, and customer-facing teams.
• Maintain delivery documentation and prepare release notes and internal enablement materials.
• Capture customer feedback and structure it into actionable product inputs for AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, product management, business analysis, or project delivery.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills.
• Understanding of SaaS product delivery and comfort working in an AI-first environment.
• Ability to work New Zealand hours and follow New Zealand holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, BI, SaaS, or workflow products.
• Agile delivery experience and familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
• Experience with product documentation, release management, and customer feedback management.
• Experience using AI tools for requirements, documentation, planning, and QA preparation.
• Experience supporting early-stage product teams.
