Director (Coverage)

What you will do

• Develop and expand relationships with private equity clients, portfolio companies, advisors, and adjacent professional services providers.
• Scope engagements by translating client needs into technical due diligence, value creation, transformation, and other technology advisory opportunities.
• Lead client-facing project teams, managing budgets, schedules, resources, statements of work, and delivery quality.
• Shape product and practice roadmaps, templates, artifacts, and company-wide strategy.
• Interview, onboard, sponsor, and coach practitioners while contributing to engagement staffing decisions.
• Lead or support sales calls, statement-of-work development, and client engagements as required.

Requirements

• Professional services firm experience at manager level or above, ideally focused on technology and/or private equity.
• Deep familiarity with modern technology stacks, enterprise IT, AI, and disruptive technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted-advisor relationships and independently develop client accounts.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in people management and client-focused project execution.
• Clear excellence in at least one of creating, scoping, or delivering technical due diligence and value creation engagements.
