Shipping and Receiving - Shipping Clerk

What you will do

• Prepare domestic and international shipments using the most efficient shipping method.
• Select containers and package products according to customer requirements, including required documentation.
• Verify quantities, destinations, routing, work orders, and shipment documentation.
• Use FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping portals and process customer returns.
• Operate computers, vacuum sealers, copiers, and scanners while completing departmental records and quality checks.
• Cross-train and assist production operations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures.
• Basic math, computer, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
