S2P Solution Associate Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, India. Working hours should provide support until 12:30 PM EST for North America colleagues.

What you will do

• Provide first-line support for vendor inquiries and perform initial triage of requests from shared mailboxes and intake forms.
• Troubleshoot routine issues in Coupa, SHIFT, and Salesforce, logging cases accurately and escalating complex issues.
• Follow SOPs and support the vendor enablement lifecycle, process documentation, workshops, and operational reporting.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and provide timely follow-up on open cases.
• Maintain vendor master data through data entry, cleansing, record audits, and discrepancy tracking.
• Prepare training materials, FAQs, job aids, and support the scheduling of training sessions.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of procurement experience in coordination, administrative, or operational support for purchase orders, contracts, vendor invoices, or payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, SAP/SHIFT, Coupa, and Zoom.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability to support North America colleagues until 12:30 PM EST is required.
