Design Engineer, BU Commercial Vehicle (NVH)

Location: Wuxi, China; onsite role

Company

Develops vibration-isolation and NVH components for commercial vehicle applications.

What you will do

• Design and develop NVH components according to customer requirements and internal specifications.
• Develop robust designs that meet all customer specifications.
• Manage design activities from RFQ through design freeze, including CAD and FEA work.
• Conduct design reviews to validate results and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering, suppliers, and plants to deliver production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or comparable education.
• Experience developing NVH solutions using CAD, particularly NX, and FEA software.
• Strong analytical thinking and creativity for translating mechanical problems into designs.
• Strong communication skills for working with management and technical experts.
• English communication skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
