Senior Security Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $122,400–$177,500 USD annually, plus variable eligibility and equity. Target range: $145,000–$165,000 based on experience, skills, and market data.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical escalation point for CSMs, TAMs, and technical support engineers.
• Join customer calls to provide deep technical expertise and support customer relationships.
• Investigate knowledge gaps and create, review, and improve technical and process documentation.
• Partner with Security, Detection & Response, and Engineering to operationalize technical knowledge.
• Curate internal and external knowledge repositories and promote self-service answers.
• Enable and mentor Customer Success, TAM, and Technical Support teams while tracking inquiry volume.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security, including at least 3.5 years in a technical, customer-facing, ideally consultative role.
• Depth across at least three security product areas, such as EDR, NDR, SIEM, or cloud security.
• Experience with security controls across Windows, Unix/Linux, AWS, GSuite, O365, and network equipment.
• Knowledge of attack vectors, threat tactics, attacker techniques such as ATT&CK, and the attack lifecycle.
• Strong root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, communication, active listening, conflict management, negotiation, and escalation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration visa sponsorship is not currently available.
