Planner – Supply Chain (Greenville, SC)

Location: On-site at hirify.global Greenville, South Carolina, United States. Travel may include up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation may be authorized.

Salary: $84,595–$103,394 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Plan and schedule production orders and place purchase orders to support production.
• Manage material and capacity exceptions, resolve constraints, and balance service levels, inventory, and cost.
• Optimize production lot sizes, production cycles, and safety stocks.
• Manage short-, medium-, and long-term capacity and coordinate requirements with upstream, downstream, and outside-plant operations.
• Collaborate with Supply Planners and business partners to identify and present optimization opportunities.
• Lead and participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and execute global production planning process standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, completed and verified before starting.
• At least two years of combined experience in supply chain, transportation and logistics, customer service, and/or marketing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Knowledge of Excel, Minitab, or similar analytical tools.

Nice to have

• Five years of relevant combined experience.
• Production Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Integrated Business Planning experience.
• APICS certification.
• Experience representing supply chain on business teams or using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
