North America Supply Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid position in Wilmington, Delaware, United States

Salary: $85,801–$134,064 annually; annual bonus target of 6%

What you will do

• Calculate, prepare, and submit monthly ship requests across the supply network in line with S&OP sourcing rules.
• Manage regional product availability and adjust supply plans to meet changing short-term demand.
• Execute replenishment plans for warehouses, terminals, and consignment locations while balancing supply, demand, inventory, and customer orders.
• Review sales forecasts versus actual orders two to three times per week and provide analytics to supply chain, demand planning, and sales teams.
• Maintain SKU inventory levels, safety stocks, lead times, and master data in SAP and customer portals.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional efforts to resolve inventory constraints and demand deviations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related or technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced Excel skills, including big-data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a continuous improvement environment and prioritize work independently.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification.
• OMP experience.
• Experience with financials and initiating process improvements.
